Apartment Rates/Availability

Important Information

- On arrival please sign in at security and ask for unit 76.

- Your parking bay is number 21 directly outside the apartment.

- The managing agent will provide orientation and hand over the keys.

- Please do not hesitate to ask any questions at check-in time.

- The managing agent will meet you at the apartment before 10:00 to collect the keys and the security entrance ticket before you depart.

- Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge.

- The apartment will be serviced after you depart.

- The apartment is in a private, residential building.

- It is strictly against the policy of the Estate for guests to create excessive noise or host a party.

- If you are considering such activity please check with the managing agent first.

- Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay.

- Supplied: 1 x bath towel, 1 x hand towel and 1 x face cloth per guest.

- Clean linen and towels are supplied after every 7th night accommodation for stays longer than 7 consecutive nights.

- If excessive cleaning and/or repairs are necessary, there will be an extra charge.

- No smoking or other use of tobacco products (including; but not limited to, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) is permitted in any part of the apartment.

- Please note that any evidence or the presence of cigarette smoke odour within the apartment will incur cleansing and deodorising charges which will be deducted from your breakage deposit.

- No cigarette stompies are to be discarded outside the apartment or anywhere on the common property of the estate.

- Should a fine be imposed by the Body Corporate for any guest of the apartment discarding stompies on the common property of the estate, this will be for your account.

- The managing agent reserves the right to enter the apartment during your stay for repairs, replenishment of supplies or to check on the apartment if the managing agent has received any complaints about unruly conduct.

- Refuse is collected on various days according to the Estate.

- Please empty the bins in the apartment regularly and place your refuse bags in the large bins outside under the staircase.

- The managing agents requires a breakage deposit payable via credit card, EFT or in cash on arrival.

- Should there be no breakages during your stay, we will return the deposit to you after the apartment has been serviced.

- While all possible security measures are taken to ensure safety; all persons entering upon and/or using the premises do so at their own risk, and in doing so accept that the owner and/or their management will not in any way be liable or responsible for any injury, death, damage, theft or loss caused to such person or their property brought onto the premises, arising from any cause whatsoever, whether or not caused by the negligence (gross or otherwise) of the owners of the aforementioned buildings, its proprietors, servants, management or any person acting on its behalf. 

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of booking total.
- Cancellations 8 to 14 days before arrival: 100% of deposit.
- Cancellations 15 to 21 days before arrival: 50% of deposit.
- Cancellations 22 to 30 days before arrival: 25% of deposit.
