Moya Self Catering is a lovely four bedroom holiday home located in Sunset Beach, Cape Town.
In this spacious home, the master bedroom boasts a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a lovely spa bath. The second bedroom comes with two 3/4 sized beds, the third bedroom with a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has two double beds as well as an en suite bathroom. Both the second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom fitted with a shower and bath.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped where guests will find a washing machine, stove, double oven and a microwave. The dining area is separate from the lounge and features a generous table and chairs to seat 8 guests.
Large and well appointed, the lounge area contains comfortable couches, a flat screen TV with DSTV and is fitted with glass doors that open up onto the terrace with a built in BBQ and an outdoor dining table and chairs. Guests are spoiled with the sparkling blue swimming pool. There is also a double garage for 2 guest vehicles.

- All rights of admission onto the establishment is reserved.
- Management shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that of theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against Management, whether arising from Management default, negligence or otherwise.
- The company that the property and/or each and any of its respective subsidiary and associated companies, shall not be responsible for any accident or bodily injury to any person or loss of or damage to property brought upon the companys premises regardless whether such injury, loss or damage results from the negligence of the company or from any other cause whatsoever.
- Guests undertake to procure that every person accompanying the guest will accept the aforesaid condition of residence and will agree to be bound by them.
- Whilst every effort is made in terms of the above recommendation to provide for the exclusion of Management liability, such liability thereof is never absolute and is always subject to a matter of degree and the application of an appropriate court discretion.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) reservations are subject to acceptance of our Terms & Conditions:
1. Please note that we require a minimum 50% deposit to secure and confirm any booking. The Full balance for the stay is payable immediately on Arrival or prior to check-in.
2. Due to our live booking connectivity, reservations are only secured on proof of payment of the required deposit on a first come, first served basis. We cannot be held responsible for loss of a booking/s due to delayed payment.
3. We do not accept cheque payments. No exceptions.
4. You understand that due to banking regulations in South Africa, any manual credit card payments that are made, and require a refund would only be refunded to you 6 (six)months after the original transaction date.
5. Payments to be made by direct deposit
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellation requests must be addressed in writing to us at willonashabalala@gmail.com, with your reservation number as the reference.
1. Cancellation 0 - 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of the full deposit amount will be charged for the cancelled booking.
2. Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to arrival - 50 % of the deposit amount will be charged for the cancelled booking.
3. Cancellation 15 days or more prior to arrival - deposit will be refunded after deducting the credit card transaction and administration fee of R175.00 for the cancelled booking.
4. Please allow up to 72 hours to process a refund
5. All Refunds for early departures are subject to management discretion.
Conditions
ACCEPTANCE:
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) payment of the required deposit amount constitutes that you have read, understood and accept all the Terms and Conditions of this establishment as set out above and below.
In the event that more than one guest is represented by this booking each and every guest is required to sign the register upon arrival acknowledging these stated terms and conditions.
CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE:
All rights of admission onto Moya Self Catering Cape Town is reserved. The proprietor, its agent/s or its employee/s ("the Proprietor") shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that of theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietors default, negligence or otherwise.
You hereby agree that it is a condition of your occupation on the premises of the company that the company and/or each and any of its respective subsidiary and associated companies, and their respective members, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, agents, workmen or representatives (hereinafter jointly and severally referred to as the "company") shall not be responsible for any accident or bodily injury to any person or loss of or damage to property brought upon the companys premises regardless whether such injury, loss or damage results from the negligence of the company or from any other cause whatsoever.
You undertake to procure that every person accompanying you will accept the aforesaid condition of residence and will agree to be bound by them.
You indemnify (where more than one person, jointly and severally) the company against any claim by any person accompanying, including especially any minor or disabled person in connection with his/hers occupation of the premises, including specifically without being limited thereto, any claims arising from injury, loss or damage, as aforementioned and from any cause whatsoever.
Whilst every effort is made in terms of the above recommendation to provide for the exclusion of our liability, such liability thereof is never absolute and is always subject to a matter of degree and the application of an appropriate court discretion.
It should also be borne in mind that the courts discretion applied judicially but subject to the credibility and worthiness of appropriate evidence.
