This stunning 1 bedroom apartment boasts a large open plan entertainment area and kitchen. Guests can enjoy breath taking sea views from the window in the bedroom and panoramic sea views from the kitchen and lounge above. The bedroom/bathroom and kitchen/entertainment areas are separate. Guests walk out and up a few stairs from the bedroom to the entertainment area.

There is a maneuverable BBQ on the second level near the laundry room, this is a communal braai and is shared with the other properties on site. There is also an electric garage with space for 1 car to park securely with access to the house through a security gate.

Please note:
This is a shared property. From the garage/entrance gate, guests will pass the main house with steps leading to the apartment. Otherwise the space is completely private. The main house on the property "The Beach House" is available for rent with this property for an additional nightly fee. The house sleeps 8 comfortably, great for big groups as the house is open plan with a big dinning table to seat 10.
