A 130 year old traditional farmhouse with some low beams. The front entrance of the house leads straight into the fully equipped kitchen with large 5 burner gas oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, iron/ironing board etc.

From the kitchen there is a step down into the lounge/dining area with a drinks fridge, flat screen TV with access to DSTV and a DVD player, book library, board games and a cosy open fireplace.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a sleeper couch, safety deposit box, hairdryer and an en suite with large walk in shower and toilet. There is a small step up to bedroom 2 with a double bed, next to bedroom 3 with a single bed both adjacent to and using a second shower room with toilet. A short steep staircase leads upstairs from the lounge to bedrooms 4 and 5 both with two single beds each and sharing a third shower room with toilet in between.

Outside is a large furnished ‘L’ shaped entertainment area consisting of a brick paved terrace overlooking the valley and forest with a partially covered dining area outside the kitchen/front entrance next to its own brick built braai facility. Free WiFi internet access is available up at Reception and around our main deck area.
