Atlantic Breeze Guesthouse is decorated in an elegant modern African theme, offering the ultimate comfort, with bedrooms having luxurious en-suite bathrooms, satellite and local TV channels, air-conditioning, safe, fan, hairdryers, a hospitality tray, radio alarm clock, DVD-players. To our visitors we offer Continental or full English breakfast, a swimming pool, outside BBQ area, a spacious guest lounge with plasma TV and bar, secure parking, the use of a computer, wireless internet, daily housekeeping, amongst other things. For our corporate travellers we also offer Wireless internet connection, fax and copy facilities and a small conference area. One self-catering apartment on the ground floor available.
Important Information
This Villa is unsuitable for children under 10 years.
We shall require a damage security deposit please refundable after inspection and within 7 days of departure.
We shall also require a cleaning charge of R1000 per stay/per week.
Child Policy:
- We regret no children under the age of 7.
- Children aged between 7 and 12 pay R300.00.
- Children aged between 13 and 18 pay 100% of the sliding scale rate.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.

We recieved a great winter discount which enabled us to enjoy our stay even more. Would certainly return again when visiting Cape Town and absolutly love this setting.
Ideal luxury accommodation perfect for a getaway with a larger group. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the spacious villa allowed for all our guests to go about their holiday without bumping heads.
