Open space and a wooden cabin right on the waters edge, what more could guests want? Like the cottage, there are two smaller spacious cabins, sleeping 2, and two larger 4 sleepers. One 4 sleeper has its own bathroom and the others have outside bathroom facilities.
Each unit has its own small kitchenette, outside braai area and parking. Towels are not available in these units, though bedding is provided.
Clanwilliam has a vast variety of activities and attractions, these include beautiful, challenging trails through the Cederburg Mountains, for mountain biking and hiking. If guests prefer the tranquility of the dam, why not try skiing or fishing in the idyllic surrounds? The bird watching, rock art and indigenous flowers of this region are always a great memory to take home.

Important Information
- Please note that form March to around May the dam water level will be low. Please check with the Managing Agent before booking to avoid disappointment for water and dam activities.
- No pets allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the Managing Agent.
- No day visitors are allowed.
- Wood and ice is on sale at the office.
- No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share any accommodation whatsoever.
- No quad bikes allowed or loud music, quiet time is at 10pm.
- The Managing Agent reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of any resident for failing to comply with any of the conditions or for creating any form of nuisance, noise or annoyance that interferes with the quiet and general comfort of other guests annoyance that interferes with the quiet.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations are not transferable nor movable to another date.
- The deposit will be 50 % of the total amount due for the length of stay if booking is made within 6 months or longer prior to arrival, except camping is full payment.
- All bookings made within 60 days of arrival date will require full payment, which will be non-refundable.
- Peak Season cancellations less than 90 calendar days prior to the arrival date: No deposit refunded.
- Deposits are not refundable in the event of a "non arrival / no show", any sickness or weather related.
- Weekend and short stay reservations ( 4 nights or less ) are to be paid in full within 24hrs of such booking.
- No monies are refundable in the event of late arrivals or early departures guests are liable for the full dates booked.
- Cancellations for off peak season bookings , up to 60 calendar days prior to the arrival date: Full refund of the deposit amount, less administration fees( 15% ).
