Lance Cottage is a great family house situated in quiet cul-de-sac in Paternoster. The house sleeps 6 comfortably and is great for families.
Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has 2 single beds. Downstairs is the living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave and kettle. The lounge has a TV with DSTV Guesthouse Bouquet featuring 22 channels. Outside on the stoep is a BBQ area. There is a nice open garden area without fencing. We allow pets by arrangement.
Paternoster is a small, quaint and picturesque traditional fishing village, famous for its traditional fishermans architecture. Paternoster is the most romantic and peaceful place on this scenic coastline and is safe for kids on bicycles.

Important Information
- No Parties allowed unless prior arrangements were made.
- A R500 key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7 to 14 working days after house has been scrutinized and all found in order.
- Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than one month prior to arrival 85 percent of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 22 days prior to arrival 70 percent of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 21 and 16 days before arrival date 50 percent of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before arrival date 20 percent of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be considered.
