Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

Gosh this is a beautiful apartment! Definitely worth every penny and even more. I especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the buildings golf simulator. This apartment can make anybody feel like a celebrity for next to nothing! The people living within the area are very civil and kind, and I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

Location, location, location! Gorgeous position over a canal with private access to outdoor pool and separate from other holiday rental buildings. Comfortable and well-equipped. Super convenient: a short walking distance from Canal Walk shopping mall.
Was not aware of free WiFi, however everything else was perfect. Very. Friendly & efficient staff. Perfect location. Will definitely book again .
What a gorgeous setting overlooking the canal and beautiful lights of the shopping mall ahead. This was our dream holiday destination and we adored the views! It was easy to fit many activities into our holiday schedule and blisfful from day 1! Cannot wait to pay another visit.
A group of friends and myself enjoyed our vist as the first time booking self-catering accommodation instead of a traditional hotel. As we love to cook the open-plan kitchen was our favourite spot and has everything we needed. Century City mall is open till late so we never ran out of things to do! The indoor gym and swimming pool were well maintained. Over all a terrific getaway.
