La Cotte Farm is uniquely situated a stone’s throw from the charming village of Franschhoek. It offers close proximity to the fun and bustle of the main street with all the quiet, privacy and rural charm of a working wine farm. Surrounded by lush vineyards, glorious mountains and unsurpassed views in all directions.
Accommodation comprises of 3 houses and can accommodate 14 guests. The main house features 3 bedrooms each equipped with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom fitted with either a bath, shower a toilet, and basin. The family room downstairs is equipped with 4 single beds an en suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and a basin and a lounge area. The open plan living room and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests have access to a patio with braai facilities.
The lake cottage features 2 bedrooms each fitted with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and a basin. The unit features a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
The pool house features a day bed and a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and a basin. The unit features a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Guest have access to a sauna as well as a swimming pool.

- The managing agent reserves the right to cancel reservations should full payment not be received within 30 days prior to arrival.
- Full payment is required within 48 hours for bookings that commence within the following 30 days.
- The managing agent has on site credit card facilities and can accept payment by Visa or MasterCard.
- The managing agent requires guests to sign an accident and liability waiver form upon check in.
- Deposits are non refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are only valid if received in writing and acknowledged by both parties.
- A 50% cancellation fee is applicable if booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
- A 100% cancellation fee is applicable if cancelled 30 or less days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in loss of the deposit.
- Treatment of any cancellation falling outside of the above criteria will be subject to the discretion of La Cotte management.
