This apartment is a 20 minute drive from Cape Town International Airport, 30 minutes from the Cape Towns city centre, and within close proximity of the prestigious Stellenbosch wineries.
This ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an open plan kitchen and living area. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed while the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, featuring a fridge, oven with hob, and a microwave as well as a washing machine for added convenience. The spacious lounge features a flat screen TV with selected channels and gorgeous ocean views. The lounge area opens onto a private patio area with seating.
There is direct access to the beach from the complex with a stretch of beachfront which is perfect for a great walk or run. If guests just feel like relaxing, they can head out onto the patio and garden.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings cancelled between 72 hours and 14 days prior to arrival date forfeit the full deposit.
- Bookings cancelled at all other times forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- Any cancellation should be in writing.
- In the event of a no show 100% of the entire booking will be charged for.
- Should the departure be premature the full extent of the booking as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for.
- Refund of monies will be at the discretion of management and dependent on the re let of the apartment/s.
