Kiepersol is ideal for family vacations or a couples retreat. This double story self catering house is surrounded by lush south coast flora offering privacy and tranquility within the secure Selborne Park Golf Estate in Pennington on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, a mere 45 minutes outside Durban.

Kiepersol can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a king size bed, an en suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, and a small balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the grounds. This is the ideal setting for a quiet sun downer. The second bedroom contains a king size bed and a shower en suite.

The modern, kitchen is fully equipped with all guests may need for self catering including a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a breakfast counter. The dining room features a 6 seater dining room table. With holiday comfort in mind, the lounge is furnished with a large plush cushioned settee facing a flat screen TV with full DSTV bouquet, so guests never miss those favourite TV shows or sporting events.

Leading out from the living area is an undercover veranda with Weber braai and outdoor dining suite that overlooks a private garden area and quaint winding pathway leading down to the amply spaced shared swimming pool area. The shared swimming pool area is furnished with loungers and has an ablution block with rinse off showers and small tables and chairs under shelter.

Daily cleaning services by our friendly and efficient Primrose will ensure that guests can truly slow down, put guests feet up and make the most of guests holiday rest and relaxation. Perhaps enjoy a morning at the Private Beach Club or a leisurely stroll along the Faye-Barker Trail where many of the small wildlife synonymous with Selborne Estate can easily be spotted among the indigenous flora. Guests are invited to enjoy a round of golf on the beautifully manicured 18 hole, par 72 golf course or a game of tennis on well maintained flood lit tennis courts while guests young ones enjoy some activity time in the children’s play area.
