The self catering loft apartments have secure separate entrances and consists of a spacious double volume lounge, an open plan kitchenette, and dining room with a balcony overlooking Table Mountain, or a city view. There are 2 of these apartments available.
The loft style master bedroom and single bedroom both have en suite bathrooms and are comfortably furnished with natural materials, TV, radio, telephone, safe, and 24 hour reception. Some apartments do have access to air conditioning, hifi and video machines.

Important Information
- Provisional reservations or enquiries will only be regarded as confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and requested deposit.
- Should the client fail to return the signed contract within 48 hours of the requested enquiry, iKhaya may treat the reservation enquiry as having being cancelled by the client.
- Should a reservation confirmation be received within the 21 days prior to arrival, the 100 % deposit required is due within 48 hours along with signed documentation for confirmation.
- Should a reservation be received within the 10 days prior to arrival, full payment is required along with signed quotation invoice for confirmation in order to secure any reservation.
- Any reservation changes must be confirmed in writing.
- The client shall not be entitled to assign the reservation to any third party nor to utilise iKhayas facilities for any other purpose than that stated in the contract without iKhayas prior written approval.
- All rates quoted are inclusive of VAT and all taxes.
- In order to guarantee guests booking a copy of the proof of payment is to accompany this signed quotation invoice as confirmation and guarantee.
- All other amounts incurred against this agreement are to be settled upon departure.
- All invoices are payable upon presentation of the invoice.
- Any queries shall not affect the immediate payment of the outstanding amount.
- In the event of the company holding an account with iKhaya Lodge, this quotation invoice is to be signed, completed and returned as confirmation.
- Written account payment details or order numbers on a company letterhead are to accompany this quotation invoice in order to guarantee this reservation.
- All other amounts incurred against this agreement are to be settled by the account holder.
- All invoices are payable upon presentation of the invoice.
- Any queries shall not affect the immediate payment of the account.
- The final account is to be signed by the authorised signatory prior to departure of the client/group from iKhaya Lodge.
- Interest at 15% pa will be levied on accounts overdue by 30 days.
- The managing agent does not accept any responsibility for any losses, damages or inconvenience caused to the client due to power failures or acts of God.
- The client agrees all damage caused by the client, the clients employees, or the clients guests to the facilities in the hotel, the room or its contents will be charged directly to the client. The client accepts that they are liable for the whole bill even if it is booked through an agent.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 14 to 8 days prior to the reservation, 50% of the total cost of the booking will be levied.
- Cancellation 7 days or less prior to the reservation, 100% of the total cost of the booking will be levied.
