Harbour House Hotel consists of the restored Manor House with intimate Romantic rooms, all with views, the New Wing with 18 spacious rooms, featuring a kitchenette and lounge leading out onto a private balcony as well as Harbour Square - previously Quarters Hotel, the most recent addition, which boasts 18 modern rooms and suites.
Manor House rooms offer modern, open-plan rooms with millstone floors and romantic solid cast baths, walk-in showers, enclosed toilets, heated towel rails and standing or ceiling fans. Amenities include tea and coffee making facilities, Nespresso machine and personal bar, flat screen TV with built-in DVD player, satellite television with selected channels and wireless Internet access. Rooms have king sized beds and patios with seating. Room sizes from 30 to 55m².
The New Wing Rooms are spacious rooms with a lounge area, kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, Nespresso machine and personal bar, en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower and heated towel rails. The living area features a plasma TV and satellite television with selected channels, wireless internet access and air conditioning. All rooms have king/twin size beds and a private balcony with seating. Rooms are 37m² in size. A daybed is provided within selected rooms and caters for an extra child.
The Harbour Square Rooms and Suites are tastefully decorated with beautiful eclectic combinations in a modern style. Rooms and Suites feature an LCD television with satellite television with selected channels, personal bar, tea and coffee making facilties, Nespresso machine, wireless Internet access, air conditioning and heating. En-suite open-plan bathrooms with separate bath and shower and enclosed toilet cubicle. Drop down blinds available for privacy.
The Harbour Square Rooms each have king/twin size beds and a sharing balcony with seating or Juliette sliding doors with no balcony. Rooms are 30m² in size. The Harbour Square Suites each have a separate en-suite room with the addition of an open-plan living area, dining space and kitchen. The rooms comprise of king/twin size beds and either a sharing or private balcony with seating. Rooms are 60m² in size. The living area is fitted with one or two daybeds allowing additional children, age 3 to 14, to share.

Cancellation Policy
- In the event of a cancellation 30 to 16 days prior to the confirmed arrival date: a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a cancellation 15 to 8 days prior to the confirmed arrival date: a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation 7 days prior to the confirmed arrival date: a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing.
