- Please note that you need to collect keys from the managing agent.
- A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your booking.
- Bookings will automatically expire within 48 hours without a secure deposit.
- The balance is due 5 days prior to arrival.
- No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
- No pets allowed.
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R650 applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay.
- A refundable breakages deposit equal to one days rental is due in cash on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or longer prior to arrival date: Minus 25% of deposit.
- Cancellation 29 to 7 days prior to arrival date: Minus 40% of deposit.
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date: Minus 100% of deposit.
- Cancellation less than 41 day prior to arrival date: minus 100% of deposit during high and mid season.
