Groenewald’s self catering establishment situated 200 meters from the beach and international swimming pool in Strand, surrounded by Hottentots Holland mountain range and False Bay coastline, is central to towns such as Cape Town, Paarl, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Hermanus. Central to shopping areas, restaurants and railway station.

Frangipani, named after the frangipani tree in it’s car port, has a private entrance, patio and safe inside parking. There is a security gate at the unit’s entrance and all windows have burglar bars. The bedroom has a double and a single bed, overhead fan and full en suite bathroom. A large mirror, walls with wooden panels and beautiful cupboards makes Frangipani a unit that guests always return to. The bathroom has a bath and walk in shower.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with microwave, large fridge, table and chairs and necessary crockery and cutlery. The entrance from the street is onto a tiled area with a car park under shade cloth and a patio for outside relaxing and barbeque. Frangipani is suitable for overnight accommodation with the option of self catering, or a continental breakfast can be served on request.

Located between Somerset West and Gordon’s Bay, we’re only 5 km to the first wine cellar and on the route to Hermanus for the best whale sightings as well as the entrance to the Garden Route.
