Frederick unit 2 is sophisticated, private and sleeps 4 guests. It is part of two interlinked yet completely separate self-contained houses, each with one en-suite bedroom plus a second bedroom with a guest bathroom.
Guests can experience the magic of the coastal bush on one of a few north facing back verandas or dip into the secluded pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area with full DSTV and free WiFi.
Unit 1 and 2 share a deck and pool area as well as the parking garage. The unit is located in the safe and secure Brackenridge Estate.
The estate’s main objective is quiet, tranquil and harmonious living whilst being generally considerate to all occupants. If guests are looking for a quiet and peaceful breakaway this is the perfect place. The 2 units of Jan Frederick can be booked individually or as a complete unit.

- No motorbikes are allowed in the estate.
- No loud music and parties allowed.
- A once off additional cleaning and linen fee is payable with the final account.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival, on day of arrival, during the stay, no show: full payment due.
- Cancellations 15 to 28 days before date of arrival: full 50% deposit payable.
- Cancellations 28 + days before date of arrival: refund of deposit.
Special events, 15 December to 10 January, Easter, bookings by travel agents and tour operators.
- Cancel 60 days or less before arrival, on day of arrival, during stay, no show: Full booking payment due.
- Cancellations 60+ days before date of arrival: refund of deposit.
- Act of God: no refunds.
- Please note that all refunds are subject to a handling fee on the full booking value.
