Welcome to this lovely newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment situated in a quiet street in Tamboerskloof. The apartment has an excellent location which is within walking distance from Kloof Street with all the restaurants and nightlife, while its situated in a quiet street.
The apartment is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen leads to a private balcony that covers the entire apartment at the back from the kitchen to the second bedroom with its own entrance. The balcony is fairly small but offers a glimpse of Table Mountain. Furthermore the kitchen is equipped with all crockery and cutlery as well as top appliances including a dishwasher, a washer/ dryer combo machine, a stove plus an oven, a fridge, a freezer and even a Nespresso machine, no capsules provided.
The living area is equipped with a big 8 seated dining table overlooking the courtyard with big trees providing shade. The lounge is equipped with a corner suite and a TV with DSTV.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 45 Days plus prior to arrival: 0% penalty.
- Cancellation 30 to 45 Days prior to arrival: Forfeit 25% of total booking costs.
- Cancellation 15 to 30 Days prior to arrival: Forfeit 50% of total booking costs.
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: Forfeit 100% of total booking costs.
- An additional 10% handling fee will be charged on all cancellations
