- A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance is payable 1 week prior to arrival.
- A refundable deposit is required in case of breakages or damages caused during guests stay.
- Please check inventory on arrival and report any shortages or damages within the first 24 hours of day of arrival.

- Any dishes left uncleaned or if the house is left excessively dirty, or towels are excessively dirty, charges will be deducted off deposit accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations will be dealt with on a one to one basis depending on notification time.
- Deposits are not refundable, unless the unit is re-let.
- Cancellation refunds will have an admin fee of booking amount deducted.
