- R1000 refundable damage deposit hold.
- Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
- This property qualifies for a daily housekeeping service at only R100 per day.
- Please note an additional once off fee of R400 will be charged for a departure clean per booking.
- Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid stay clean with fresh linen, this will be an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

The apartment had a holiday atmosphere and there was plenty of natural light inside. When visiting there was so much to do nearby and we explored many restaurants and more of the coast easily.
Beautiful, modern and just what we hoped for when we booked online!
Perfect location! Big Bay beach is a few minutes walk away, as are a selection of restaurants that are at Eden on the Bay's promenade.,We hardly even used our rental car and had a wonderful stay at Eden on the Bay 245.
Had a fantasitc stay from start to finish and will gladly return!!
All the Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and went the extra mile on every detail, to ensure our stay was fabulous. Thank you! Ben
