Driftwood 2 is a charming self catering garden cottage, located on a the same property as guests hosts, with its own separate and private entrance. The cottage is centrally located in Tokai, offering easy access to the attractions of the South Peninsula.
The cottage is modern and tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a separate lounge and dining area. The first bedroom contains a queen size bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, that can be converted to a king size bed on request. The bathroom contains a large walk in shower, a wash basin and a toilet.
The modern kitchen has Caesar stone counter tops, a large fridge-freezer, a 2 plate induction counter top stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. The spacious lounge features a dining counter area with bar stools and a flat screen TV. The lounge area opens up to a paved undercover patio and a garden area with outdoor furniture and kettle braai facilities. The sunny garden is ideal for relaxing or kicking around a ball.
The property is enclosed with secure electric fencing, an alarm system and a fire detector for peace of mind. Off street secure parking is available on request.

Important Information
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
- Full and final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.
- Strictly 10AM or an additional day will be charged.
- Not suitable for pets.
- Strictly no smoking (outdoor area available for smoking).
- No parties or events.
- No additional guests.
- Children under the age of 3 still form part of maximum occupancy of 4 guests.
- Please not that Cape Town is currently experiencing Level 5 water restrictions, So we urge guests to use water very very sparingly. We can provide a camp cot at no additional cost this must be arranged in advance.
- Linen for cot not provided please inform me as early as possible if anything needs attention or repairs to the cottage.
- FOR LETS LONGER THAN 21 DAYS: A compulsory clean and linen change will be done after every 7th day as we would like to maintain the quality of our cottage . The garden clean and any maintenance to be checked and done at random. No additional people permitted for over night stays other than those that have booked and paid for. For a single tenant stay the master bedroom is available and other bedroom will be closed and not for use. If 2nd room is needed can be accessed at additional costs.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 60 to 90 days prior to arrival, 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 30 to 60 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 0 to 30 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee.
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
