The villa is ideal for families, with many separate living areas to retreat to. Elegantly styled with a romantic French colonial influence, the interior boasts an indoor fireplace and twelve seater dining room table, guests will be pleased to find the kitchen only continues the elegance.
 
A chef’s kingdom, the kitchen is well-equipped with five-burner gas hob, a convectional oven, an array of pots and utensils, and calming garden views that you may just get lost in. Every entertainers dream, the living rooms with TV, a Hi-Fi and DVD player, open out seductively onto the patio with outdoor BBQ area and rustic country seating. Here the saltwater swimming pool allows for hours of fun and refreshment. Along with views of the mountain and sea, the villa is ideally positioned in the upmarket Scott Estate in Hout Bay, and is a five minute walk from the beach and seaside restaurants. A short two minute walk will lead you to the village, where a variety of restaurants and some shopping is on offer.
 
To top it off the popular Cape Argus cycle race and the Two Oceans Marathon race straight through the town, so consider your front-row seat booked. Family friendly: Please advise the pool has no fence, baby sitting services are available. This 280-square meter House can accommodates guests in four bedrooms, a lounge with fold-out bed and three bathrooms, of which two are en-suite. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms, of which one is a loft room, each have one single bed. Seen as the fifth bedroom or third lounge, two additional guests can be accommodated in this room on a fold-out sleeper couch.
 
There is a central bathroom with bath and hand-held shower. Guests can enjoy sea views from the top lounge, while mountain views are enjoyed from all areas of the House. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the laundry has a washing machine. DSTV access is available please bring your own smart card or pay a nominal fee per day. Air-conditioning is available at an additional rate, but not to worry there is always a comfortable cool spot to relax. Please advise that smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
