The Junior-Suite is situated in the wing of the Cottage Shiraz and has its own access to the garden and swimming pool.
There is a couch, table and a double sofa bed in the seating area. Just by pulling it out you can comfortably sleep two children or one grown up. For relaxation there is a 54cm TV with English programmes which can be moved to the seating area or to the bedroom.
There is a dining table with three chairs and a small dresser which has everything on it that you need to prepare a tasty breakfast or a snack. Microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, special sandwich toaster and a small fridge.
The living area leads straight into the bedroom which is equipped with a wide double bed and two bedside tables. The unit has underfloor heating througout.
The bathroom features a corner bath with a hand shower rail, designer-basin with cabinet, a mirror, big shower-enclosure in corner with shower-rose and hand-shower, toilet and towels are provided.
A full service is done once a week, including cleaning, change of linen and change of towels. As there is no dedicated washing-up area, guests are asked to call for service to have dishes removed and washed. There is a portable basin, washing-up liquid and a dish towel provided.
There is a parking place allotted to the Junior-Suite which is in front of the double garage but behind the gates of the property. If not rented out to other guests the parking inside the garage is available alternatively.

Important Information
- Please enquire about daily costs for stays of longer than 60 nights.
- Extra person in room: No extra costs will be charged for maximum 2 children up to the age of 2 years in a baby cot which can be provided free-of-charge.
- For the use of the sofa bed a percentage of the total rent is charged.
- Electricity cost in low season: For low season booking the guest has to carry the cost for electricity. (consumption affected by the use of the underfloor heating).
- The unit has its own separate meter.
- Cost to be settled on day of departure.
- In special cases Management works out an individual check-in or check-out time. This, of course, depends upon the arrival or departure time of the previous guests.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation until 14 days before arrival: 100% of the amount of the rental.
- Cancellation until 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the amount of the rental.
- Cancellation 31 to 60 days before arrival: 35% of the amount of the rental.
- Earlier than 61 days before arrival: 25% of the amount of the rental.
- Should the Managing Agent be able to rent out the units to other guests then the deposit will be prorated and returned (deduction of 10% as administration fee).
