- Cancellations one month prior to the arrival date: 10% of the value of the contracted rate is payable.
- Cancellations two weeks to one month prior to the arrival date: 25% of the value of the contracted rate is payable.
- Cancellations one to two weeks prior to the arrival date: 50% of the value of the contracted rate is payable.
- In the event of a no show, or a cancellation seven days before: 100% of booking total is payable.
