This luxury four bedroom home is just 20 meters away from the ocean, featuring the most beautiful views. Guests are so close they could hear the waves crash as well as the smell the scent of the sea. Guests can sit on the patio and watch the sunrise or sunset and spot the whales. Bietou Haven is the ideal getaway for the family, to unwind or even entertain.
The lovely open plan double storey home is spacious, secure and features a large garden with a private BBQ area. There are three large bedrooms upstairs as well as a small flat downstairs. The main bedroom provides an extra length king sized bed and an en suite bathroom with shower facilities. The room has a sliding door which opens up onto the patio. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and lots of cupboard space available. The third bedroom has views of the garden and is ideal for children as it features a bunk bed. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom which provides both bath and shower facilities. The downstairs flat features two three quarter sized beds with an en suite bathroom containg both shower and bath facilities. This room has a sliding door which opens out onto the front garden. The flat has its own seperate lounge area, with a flat screen TV, which contains a single bed and a cot if required.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for self catering purposes. This includes a dishwasher as well as laundry facilities. An alarm system and a double garage is also provided. Bietou Haven is situated in the heart of Vermont, close to a nature reserve and in a quiet cul de sac. There is a beautiful cliff path where guests can walk and enjoy the fresh air. There is a secluded beach nearby on the cliff path as well as Onrus Beach, which is perfect for children, surfers and other water sports. Onrus beach has lovely beach restaurants and is about two kilometers away.

- Please note that guests need to call in order to arrange a meeting place to collect property keys.
- A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours in order to secure a booking.
- Bookings will automatically expire within 48 hours without a secure deposit.
- The balance is due 5 working days prior to the arrival.
- No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
- No pets allowed.
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay. This is payable in cash upon arrival.
- A refundable breakages deposit equal to one days rental is due in cash on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 60 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 999 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 20% of the deposit.
