And of course, close enough to the sea so that you can breathe the wonderful champagne air and go for endless strolls on the cliff path that literary stretches for miles and miles.

The main house and separate flat will cater for your every need while relaxing in one of the prettiest tourist attractions in South Africa. The main house sleeps 10 people and the separate flat sleeps 4 people. The plot is fully walled with strong gates and an activated alarm system to ensure that no uninvited guests spoil your holiday. Parking is provided in a secure garage with an extra parking space behind the high gates.
 
Beautiful Abalone is the ideal house for a big family, a group of friends or tourists that want to explore the splendor of Hermanus and the sight of whales with their tails visible above the surface of the ocean.

    The Main House features an open-plan living area with DStv. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stainless steel oven and stove top, a separate scullery, dishwasher and tumble dryer, as well as a microwave, fridge-freezer, percolator, and toaster.
    The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and open up onto the garden. Features include an entertainment and barbecue area at the back with a shutter roof that opens and closes.

    2 full bathrooms are available, 1 of which is en-suite. Secure garage parking and an extra parking space behind high gates are also provided.

    The loft area also sleeps 4 guests non private, 1x Queen bed and 1 x Futon couch and consists of a full bedroom with a bathroom, a small kitchenette with a fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities, and a small TV lounge corner.

    The separate secluded garden flat sleeps up to 2 adult guests and 2 children under 10 years of age and has its own private entrance.

    It is strictly not suitable for more than 2 adults. The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering and the unit features a TV with DStv, a safe, and separate barbecue facilities. The bedroom contains a full en-suite bathroom.
