This apartment is situated on the second floor and on the northern side of the building. The master bedroom has a full en suite and has a king size extra length bed. This bedroom is west facing and has views of the western head. This bedroom has access to a spacious deck.
The second bedroom has two extra length single beds and is also west facing and has views of the western head. This bedroom also has access to a spacious deck. The third bedroom has an extra length double bed, is east facing and has no view. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a spacious full bathroom.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge/freezer, gas and electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge area comprises a HD flat screen TV with DSTV and a DVD player.
Additional amenities include a hairdryer, an electronic safe, under floor heating as well as a gas fireplace and a weber BBQ. Located a few meters from the waters edge, Beacon House offers spectacular views of the Knysna lagoon and the Knysna heads. The East Head Cafe is located a few footsteps away from Beacon House.

Important Information
- Self-check in on Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays and weekdays after 5pm.
- Regrettably no pets of any description are permitted.
- That the maximum number of guests occupying an apartment does not exceed the number of guests as booked.
- Under no circumstances will more than 6 people be permitted to occupy an apartment (this includes children and infants).
- No children or infants under the age of 8 years old regrettably.
- No smoking is permitted in the apartments.
- That all noise levels will be reduced to a minimum after 22.00.
- A maximum of 2 vehicles per apartment are permitted within the premises.
- The apartments are serviced (cleaned) daily with the exception of Sunday and public (bank) holidays.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation terms and conditions will apply to reservations which are cancelled in part or in full as follows:
- 25% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival.
- 75% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 8 to 30 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of total cost of stay will be withheld if no show or cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
- Premature departures will be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed.
