Important Information
- Kindly note that any losses caused due to theft or malicious damage may be charged to the guests account after check out.
- Avatara is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
- Please confirm your expected time of arrival , we are flexible but like to be prepared.
- Any check in after 3pm must be arranged prior to arrival please.
- Also offered, an airport collection in an air conditioned vehicle with refreshments at a cost of R245 single plus R45 for each additional person, payable directly to the driver.
- This must be confirmed and can only be cancelled 24 hours before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point :
- The full balance must be settled on arrival.
- You should present your credit card on arrival·
- You forfeit your deposit if you cancel within 20 days of the arrival date.
- A 100 percent cancellation fee is charged, if a booking is cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date.
- Should you decide to shorten your stay for whatever reason, you will be liable for the total amount of your booking.
- On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation Avatara levies a 5 percent administration fee on any refunds processed.
- Avatara charges all bank costs for deposits or refunds made via a SWIFT account.
