The comfortable lounge area leads out through glass sliding doors to a patio with outdoor furniture. There is a plasma TV with selected DStv channels and a music player as well as WiFi

Right of Admission Reserved:
- The owners reserve the full right of admission and accept no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.
Loss or Damages:
- Should the owners suffer any loss or damage to the apartment as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred, and will be billed accordingly.
- The owners do not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors.
- It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival.
- The owners will not be responsible for any injuries or damages incurred while on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
