Amber has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a 4 burner hob, a fridge, a 4 dimensional microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The Amber unit also has a comfortable lounge area that is equipped with a leather couch and a flat screen TV with DSTV. The Amber Annex does not have cooking facilities.
There is safe parking available for guests. Paternoster Place is in the heart of Paternoster centrally situated and within walking distance to the beach and well known restaurants.

Amber is a spacious, comfortable apartment with traditional Cape decor and is suitable for 2 couples or a family with 2 children. The unit comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed and there is a bunk bed in the dining area.

Important Information
- Please make arrangements if guests will be arriving after 18h00.
- Although the managing agent does not charge a fixed breakage deposit guests are liable for any breakage, loss or damage.
- To make guests holiday as pleasant as possible, it is good to arrive prepared.
Keep these general guidelines in mind when preparing for guests trip:
- Please bring guests own beach towels.
- Bath towels are provided.
- All linen is provided as well as dish washing liquid, two black bags.
- Guests are asked to please bring their own coffee, tea, sugar, milk, spices, etc. and wood for braais.
- No food is supplied.
- Small dogs will be considered by prior request only.(Charges may apply)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than one month prior to arrival date: 85% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 22 to 30 days prior to arrival date: 70% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 16 to 21 days before arrival date: 50% of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 7 to 15 days before arrival date: 20% of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date, or in the event of a no show, no refund will be considered.
