Important Information
- Deposit needs to be paid to secure the booking.
- Once the deposit has been received the booking will be made.
- 5 days prior to arrival the final amount will need to be paid into the account.
- Once final amount has been received an email will be sent to the guest with details of how to enter the property and the alarm codes and keys.
- For occupancy of 6/8 guests the house has an extra post cleaning/linen fee of R350.
- Sunday check out time can be 5pm.
- No smoking inside the house.
- No pets allowed.
- The guests will be required to ensure that the alarm is set at all times if they leave the property.
- Amazing Grace will not take responsibility for any items stolen from its premises whatsoever.
- Should there be any items that are missing once a guest leaves the house, the guest will be responsible for paying for a replacement of these items.
Cancellation Policy
- 1 month prior to booking - 100 percent of money returned
- 3 weeks prior to booking- 75 percent of money returned
- 2 week prior to booking - deposit will be returned in full
- 1 week prior to booking deposit will be retained
