Albatross Guest House offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in the scenic lagoon town of Langebaan on the Cape West Coast, conveniently located in the centre of town. Accommodation is offered in 4 units, each with an en-suite bathroom and their own private entrance. Each room contains a small kitchenette containing a fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Guests have access to braai facilities, a laundry service, as well as airport transfers which can be arranged on request if needed. Langebaan provides an ideal base from which to explore the West Coast and the attractions in the area. The white sandy beaches and the clear waters of the Langebaan Lagoon are 2 of the main attractions of the area, and the safe waters and reliable winds make it ideal for water sports enthusiasts such as kite surfers, boaters, windsurfers, kayakers, yachtsmen, water skiers, and fisherman.
The tidal mud flats of the Langebaan Lagoon attract thousands of migratory birds every year, as well as attracting bird watchers who come to view over 300 species of birds found in the lagoon waters. Langebaan borders the scenic West Coast National Park, the only fossil park in South Africa, featuring tortoises, whales, sand sharks, porcupines, and dune moles. Eland, wildebeest, hartebeest, bontebok, springbok, kudu and mountain zebra can also be spotted.

Important Information
A fee will be charged for late arrivals/departures, as confirmed at the time of the booking. In the event reception has not been advised of a late arrival, rooms not taken up by 19h00 will be released and guests reported as no show.
Room rates include VAT which is charged at 14%.
Breakfast can be booked as required on/after arrival at an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- For late cancellations a full refund will be given provided the accommodation can be resold and CPA requirements are met. - No refund will be made in the event of a no show or early departure.
- A 5% administration fee will be levied on all refunds to cover banking and handling charges.
