Located in Yzerfontein, directly overlooking Dassen Island and out over the Atlantic Ocean as far as Table Mountain, this villa offers accommodation which comprises a master suite, 3 guest bedrooms and a separate cottage which sleeps 10 guests in total, 8 in the main villa, and 2 in the self-contained cottage. The cottage can also be rented separately from the main villa.
The master suite ensures absolute privacy while treating guests with exquisite views. It offers its own fireplace, seating area, bar fridge, dressing room, study, flat screen television with DStv and Netflix, as well as a luxurious bathroom with an Instagram-worthy sunken bath. The 3 additional bedrooms are located on the ground level of the villa. One bedroom is en-suite and has its own lounge and flat screen TV with full DStv package. The additional 2 bedrooms share a substantial bathroom.
The open-plan living area features a lounge, oversized fireplace, television nook with DStv and Netflix, 2 separate dining areas and guest toilet. The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas stove, 2 large refrigerators and an ice-making machine. A separate scullery houses a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The villa is an entertainer’s dream with its astounding views and well-planned relaxation areas. When stepping into the delightful entrance garden, a sheltered firepit and cosy lounge area welcome you. The front garden, in turn, offers a large patio and barbecue area.
Completely separate from the main villa, although it can be rented as part thereof, the cottage has a large queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, DVD player as well as a kitchen- and lounge area and a bathroom with its own entrance.
Uncapped wireless internet is on offer throughout the premises. Abundant parking is available on the premises, and the double garage can house two vehicles if both the villa and cottage are rented in combination. Should the cottage be rented separately, one garage is allocated to it.
The West Coast National Park is a short 28 km drive from the villa, and Cape Town International Airport is 101 km away.

Important Information
A cleaning fee of R 150.00 will be charged per reservation at the cottage.
A refundable breakage deposit of R 1500.00 is payable for the House. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer.
Guests should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
