North facing with sun from dawn to dusk! A entertaining sun deck with a small plunge pool, BBQ and eating area provides the perfect sanctuary.
The house feels like a sanctuary the moment you set foot through the door. Calm, neutral colours are used throughout the home. Large rooms and high ceilings add to the sense of space.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Green Point Stadium, Robben Island from the plush lounge after a busy day of meetings, or sightseeing with guests friends or family.
Enjoy evenings cooking dinner together, order in, or take a short walk or drive to many of the local great neighbourhood restaurants. The volume and configuration of the home will have guests feeling like they have their own private space, even with 7 people sharing.
There is a North facing sun drenched entertainment deck with a plunge pool and BBQ on the first floor with three of the bedrooms and conversation lounge at this level. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and ocean views, and the two other bedrooms on this level share a bathroom.
The second floor hosts the beautifully appointed main bedroom with a four poster bed, and its own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has spectacular views across the Ocean and Green Point. The modern open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge is accessed on this level as well.
The house is two story, with stairs separating levels and would be suitable to those that are comfortable walking between levels. The kitchen is very well appointed with all modern appliances and conveniences including ice machine and chilled water. Full laundry facilities can be done on site, using the washing and drying appliances.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
