The lounge is equipped with comfortable coaches, DSTV family bouquet and air-conditioning for those really hot or cold days. There are large sliding doors that lead out onto the balcony.
 
The complex building offers a communal swimming pool area, tennis courts, communal braai area, children pool and a self-service laundromat. The complex has 24-hour on-site patrolling security, each unit has secure parking for vehicles and trailers. There is an optional cleaning service available on request at additional cost.
