The abode is located in the heart of the Cape, just 15 minutes from the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, and Cape Town International Convention Centre. For professional shoppers, the house is only 10 minutes away from the greatest shopping experience in the Southern Hemisphere and Canal Walk, Century City.
There are 7 fully furnished bedrooms, six with en-suite bathrooms. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The main bedroom features a king size bed, a dressing table as well as a walk in closet. The en suite bathroom has a double shower, a corner jet bath and twin basins. The second bedroom comprises a queen size bed while the other 5 bedrooms each feature double beds. The remaining 5 bathrooms either feature a bath, a shower or both.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern amenities one would need for a self catering stay. It includes a double door fridge/freezer, a gas stove/oven and a microwave. The scullery is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
Two lounge areas add to the spacious atmosphere of the abode. The upstairs lounge features a flat screen TV with DSTV as well as a Jetmaster fireplace for those colder evenings. The dining table has seating for 6 guests and there is WiFi throughout the house as well. There is an additional dining area seating 12 in close proximity to the downstairs lounge as well as the kitchen.
Guests can also relax in the entertainment room that features a bar as well as a pool table. A sliding door opens up from this room and leads onto the undercover braai area. There is a kiddies jungle gym in the fully fenced garden as well as a swimming pool. There is also an outdoor braai area situated upstairs with comfortable seating and a Weber.

INDEMNITY:
- The managing agent, or it’s employees do not accept liability for any loss and/or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
