This luxury self catering apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The apartment can comfortably sleep four people with a King-size bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom (which can be converted to king size on request). Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
 
The Lounge:
The comfortable lounge has air-conditioning as well as a ceiling fan. Sliding doors lead out onto the patio. The lounge has a television with DSTV (satellite TV) and a DVD player. Free uncapped Wi-Fi Internet is accessible from anywhere in the apartment.
 
The Dining Room:
The open plan dining area is the perfect spot to share a delicious meal or spend quality family time. The dining table comfortably seats six people.
 
The Kitchen:
The modern kitchen, fitted with granite tops, is beautifully appointed and fully equipped including a microwave oven, under counter oven and hob, a washing machine and clothes dryer.
 
The Patio:
Sliding doors lead out onto the patio from the lounge, where you can enjoy a meal or a drink and listen to the sound of the sea. The open patio has a table with seating for four people. A gas Webber Braai (barbeque) is also available
 
Bedrooms:
There are two double bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The apartment can comfortably sleep four people with a King-size bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom (which can be converted to king size on request). Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
 
Bathrooms:
The main bathroom is en-suite with a shower over the bath. The second bathroom has a large shower cubicle.

Apartment Rates/Availability

Important Information

- To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract.
- We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
- Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. - Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or "non arrival".
- The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit / credit card details.

Cancellation Policy

- If a confirmed booking is cancelled the monies received will only be refunded once the apartment has been re-let.
- The maximum occupancy of six persons in the unit (6 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
- Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
- The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- This is a no smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
- A R1500 breakage deposit is required.
- This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
