This luxurious one bedroom self-catering apartment is situated in the Rockwell all-suite hotel in Cape Town. This air conditioned apartment is situated opposite the Cape Quarter, within the central hub of the De Waterkant village, well known for its excellent restaurants and nightlife as well as being just a stone throw away from the V&A Waterfront.
Uniquely decorated with earth towns, browns, green and a touch of bohemian, makes this one bedroom apartment perfect for extended stays for both business and leisure travellers who want to get the most out of their stay.
The carpeted bedroom at the entrance consists of a double bed, a built-in closet and a chest of draws for those travellers who just cannot pack light. The room also has air conditioning and a flat screen TV for those lazy winters’ days indoors. Down the hallway, on the right is a modern fully tiled bathroom with ample mirrors, a shower over bath, a basin and toilet.
At the bottom of the hallway is an open-plan kitchenette and living room which looks out onto the harbour and waterfront. Once the block-out curtains are drawn back the natural light creates a cosy living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and freezer and a chopping island.
Extra sleeping space is provided in the living room, by a leather sleeper couch. The earthy tones in the living room and the block out curtains once closed, creates an intimate space for entertaining at the four seater dining table.

Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.
The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:
More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%
1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%
15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%
7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%
Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%
The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.
Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
