An open plan studio layout with architect designed interior features, this spacious and naturally well–lit apartment can accommodate up to four guests with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, an oven and hob, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. Additional to the comfortable living room furniture, guests can enjoy a movie whilst staying in bed as the apartment offers a mounted flat screen TV with DSTV.
The en-suite bathroom consists of a shower, a toilet and a basin. Exposed concrete ceilings compliment the grey brick wall in the living room and gives 417 its industrial look; whilst the clean, neutral colours adds warmth to the interior. Open the blinds and patio shutter doors to allow the natural light to flow in or step out onto the balcony with a morning coffee in hand.
The communal swimming pool area offers an amazing view of the city’s prominent landmark, Table Mountain. For those who prefer the ocean, a mere 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive down to Milnerton beach will allow one to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. There are two Myciti bus stations located within a few hundred metres of the complex.
Key West is the ideal apartment for the outdoor lovers, with a tennis club, cycling paths and canoeing on the lagoon close by; not forgetting the 18 Hole Milnerton Golf Course for those avid golfers. This pleasant location is a wonderful starting point for exploring all of that the Mother City has to offer.

Important Information
DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.
Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.
The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:
More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%
1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%
15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%
7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%
Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%
The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.
Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
