Entering 304 St Georges apartment makes guests feel at home in the open plan living room and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows allowing much natural light. The centre piece is a large 6 seater oval solid wood dining and kitchen table with high back chairs. The perfect spot to have a meal, sit and work or just keep guests partner company preparing a meal.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. It features a standard oven and four plate electric stove/hob with an extractor fan. The apartment has a good supply of crockery and cutlery with cooking utensils.

A large solid wood TV unit reminds guests of a different era and fits in beautifully with the modern/classic feel of the studio. It features a flat screen TV with DSTV (satellite) and a sound bar. The living room has a large and comfortable couch and two wing back chairs. A sliding door opens from here onto a small balcony looking out over the hustle and bustle of the city.

Across the road look up into St Georges Mall, a pedestrian walkway, capturing the feel of everyday life in Cape Town. From here guests also have a glimpse of Devil’s Peak to the left of Table Mountain.

A divider separates the sleeping area from the living room allowing more privacy. There is a luggage rack in front of the bed making packing and unpacking so much easier, and it keeps guests luggage out the way. The studio features a queen size bed with an attractive headboard. The en suite bathroom has a toilet, a shower and good space with nice decor. There is also a large mirror above the basin for guests to enjoy.

The apartment is situated in one of the most central locations in Cape Town a stone throw from Cape Town station and various bus stations. Shops and restaurants on guests doorstep. From here guests can explore the VOC Company Gardens or the Castle of Good Hope on foot. It’s also a short walk away from the CTICC.

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.

The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.

A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.

Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.

The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:

More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%

1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%

15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%

7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%

Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%

The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.

Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
