The apartment is situated on the third floor of Lighthouse Mall, in the centre of Umhlanga Rocks, with a variety of restaurants and alfresco dining right on your doorstep. The apartment has satellite TV (DSTV). The apartment is air-conditioned throughout (heating and cooling). There are also ceiling fans in the apartment and free WiFi internet access is provided.
The Kitchen:
The modern kitchen has granite tops and is beautifully appointed and fully equipped. There is also a microwave oven, undercounter oven and hob as well as a washing machine.
The Lounge:
Off the lounge there are sliding doors with views of the sea. The lounge has satellite TV (DSTV).
The Bedroom:
The bedroom sleeps two guests in a king size bed (which can be converted into two twin beds on request) and a bathroom en-suite (shower only). Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided. Off the main bedroom are sliding doors onto the patio with views of the sea.

Important Information
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled the monies received will only be refunded once the apartment has been re-let.
- The maximum occupancy of six persons in the unit (6 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
- Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
- The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- This is a no smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
- A breakage deposit is required.
- This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
Cancellation Policy
- To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract.
- We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
- Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. - Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or "non arrival".
- The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit / credit card details
