30 On Rocklands is a upmarket modern three bedroom double story house situated in Westcliff, Hermanus. A perfect breakaway from the rat race and hustle and bustle of the busy City. The house is within walking distance from the town center and new Harbor. A short 400 m walk to the famous cliff paths.
The bedrooms are all en suite, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, both with balconies with partial sea views. The bedrooms all have a double bed and bathroom towels are supplied. The house offers WiFi on the first floor and satellite TV with several televisions sets. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a scullery which includes a dishwasher and washing machine. A Nespresso machine is also available.
A covered patio includes a 6 seater dining table and chairs with a built in barbecue and wood pizza oven. The dining room offers a table with 6 chairs. The lounge has a gas fire place for cooler winter evenings. Secure parking is available and access to house is secured by sliding gate. Linen supplied, please bring own beach towels.
The Greater Hermanus area offers excellent opportunities for guests to enjoy outdoor activities, marine life, wine and history under beautiful skies.

- Please note that you need to call when you take the Hermanus turnoff from the N2 to arrange meeting place for keys.
- A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your booking.
- Bookings will automatic expire within 48 hours without a secure deposit.
- The balance is due 5 working days prior to arrival, no keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
- All linen and bath towels provided.
- Beach and Swimming Pool towels are not included.
- No pets allowed.
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay. Payable in cash on arrival.
- A refundable breakages deposit equal to one days rental is due in cash on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off peak and shoulder season, or forfeit whole deposit.
- Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 15% of the deposit amount.
