This luxury self catering apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen. There are two double bedrooms and the apartment comfortably sleeps four people with a Queen-size bed in the main bedroom and two Twin beds bed in the second bedroom. The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower. There is an additional bathroom with a shower for the second bedroom. Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Off the lounge and main bedroom are sliding doors that open out onto the patio with magnificent sea views. Sit on the patio and enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the sun rise over the Indian Ocean and listen to the sounds of the sea.The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. There is a microwave oven, under counter oven and hob, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays.

Important Information
- To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract.
- All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
- We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
- Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
- Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or "non arrival".
- The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit / credit card details.
Cancellation Policy
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled the monies received will only be refunded once the apartment has been re-let.
- Late arrivals will incur a surcharge of R200.00.
- The maximum occupancy of four persons in the unit (4 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
- Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
- Under no circumstance do we allow students or bookings where all persons are under the age of 25.
- The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays
- Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
- A R1500 breakage deposit is required.
- This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
