The kitchen is situated right at the entrance where those that gotten hungry with their walk along the beach can start making a snack. Having the kitchen fully equipped with the necessary, you can whip up something fairly quickly as everything is in arm reach but yet spacious.
Having the dining table situated just off between the living room gives enough space for each to enjoy their time in the beautifully decorated area. From red flower paintings to the unique table decorations there is enough to intrigued the artist. You can choose from having to enjoy the beautiful sunset from either the living room or going out onto the balcony.
The balcony is perfect for those warm summer beach nights. After a day spent sunbathing to enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony with spectacular views. A short corridor off from the kitchen is the entrances to both bedrooms and bathroom. The Twin bedroom is highlighted with earthy colours for that welcoming effect.
Having access to the balcony from this bedroom, you get to enjoy the beauty of the coast if the privacy of your own bed, just depend you get to draw the short straw at sleeping on the door entrance. The main bedroom is mirrored to the Twin bedroom with the same earthy colours to give that welcoming and refreshed feeling. The bathroom equipped between the bedroom with a comfortable sized shower, to which you can rinse off all the sand the landed in the very unknown places.
Getting Around:
The apartment is located along the BlouBerg shores. Walking distance from the beach to quite a few restaurants, bars and even the surf shops around the corner. If you don’t have a vehicle, a MyCiti bus terminal is right off outside the building which you can take on the days you want to go explore with Melkbos Strand to all the way to Houtbay. Melissa’s is right down stairs for the coffee lovers out there. Bayside mall is only a short distance walk from the apartment for those that want to shop a bit. Taking a nice walk over to Milnerton Waterpark for those days you want to entertain the kids.

Important Information
DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.
Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.
The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:
More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%
1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%
15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%
7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%
Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%
The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.
Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
