The house comprises of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. All bedrooms have a queen size bed and 1 bedroom has an extra single bed. Included in the 5 bedrooms is a guest apartment with kitchenette and separate entrance. There are 2 en suite bathrooms and 1 communal bathroom for the remaining 2 rooms.
The house has a large full floor office suite inclusive with a bar area, no sleeping in this room permitted, a cinema/TV room, lovely kitchen with all the amenities, a boma area with fire pit, pizza oven, braai area and a large open plan dining room. There is also air conditioning throughout the house.
Situated in a private complex with a rim flow pool, a Jacuzzi on the top floor with beautiful sea views, steam room, a large Koi pond, landscaped indigenous irrigated gardens, 24hr security, golf carts available for hire and parking for 3 cars plus visitor parking.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
