Kafe Serefe

Experience a unique dining experience at Kafe Serefe, one of George’s wonderful restaurants that specialize in serving memorable South African cuisine with a Turkish twist. Opened in 2005 as a bustling Turkish coffee shop, the owner saw the potential in expanding into a fully fledged restaurant and soon started to serve amazing breakfasts, lunches and dinners to its local diners and frequent visitors. The prices are really good, allowing guests to enjoy the exciting food regularly, and for all to be included. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service, Kafe Serefe is a great spot for family outings or a catch-up lunch with some friends while enjoying the beautiful Garden Route. Small thoughtful touches make Kafe Serefe stand out; upon arrival guests receive a welcoming Turkish delight gift. While South African flavours are the main focus, Turkish elements are still found and traditions are still celebrated – every Friday and Saturday night diners can enjoy captivating belly dancing performances. The ambiance is relaxing and sophisticated, with outdoor and indoor seating and soft lighting to set the mood. Open Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 10:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 6 pm to 10:30 pm, while closed on Sundays.
