Green Park Views is a luxurious apartment on the platinum mile. It overlooks the tranquil Green Point Park and is situated between the promenade and the Green Point Stadium.The famous V&A Waterfront, beaches and trendy coffee shops are within walking distance.

The quality finishes and fittings in the apartment cater for the most sophisticated tastes.

The apartment has two double bedrooms and both are beautifully furnished, with one being larger than the other. This spacious main bedroom has a TV and fold back windows overlooking the park and stadium. There is one shared bathroom with a shower.

Located at the quiet end of the village this property has its own entrance and benefits from secure parking and access to a large communal swimming pool.

The front entrance is dominated by a large outdoor terrace with sun-lounges and seating. All on one level the open plan living room has been tastefully furnished and spans from the dining area, living space and kitchen. The master air-conditioned bedroom has French windows opening onto the front terrace. Both bedrooms have separate bathrooms one with shower and one with bath. The rear air-conditioned bedroom has direct access to the communal swimming pool, garden and secure parking area which you drive into from De Smidt Street.
