Churchaven Loft is a self-catering unit situated in a quiet road in Claremont. The complex is located adjacent to the Arderne Gardens and is within close proximity to Cavendish Square, a mall offering everything from a cinema and grocery stores, to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops.

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises an upstairs bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a king-size bed and is accessed via a spiral staircase. The first bathroom is an open en-suite and is fitted with a bath, while the second bathroom located downstairs is fitted with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools, and a washer-dryer combo. The lounge has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access is also available

The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony which has outdoor seating with a fantastic view of the Mountain. One secure parking bay is available for your vehicle.

The townhouse can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main air-conditioned bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower over bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is an outside laundry with washing machine and tumble-dryer. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has 2 comfy couches and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also available, with a 20GB limit.
