Higgovale

Higgovale is one of those lovely suburbs that, in addition to being well-liked, affluent, tasteful and dignified, also has some of the most spectacular views from its location on Table Mountain's slopes. It has lovely little roads that run at an angle to one another in an effort to climb the steep slopes on which many of the homes in this area are situated. Table Mountain National Park is virtually at homeowners' doorsteps, providing quick access to nature and residents with the best of both worlds. You are also only a few minutes away from Kloof Street and its numerous bistros and eccentric stores. The V&A Waterfront is not only visible from this area of the city, but it is also conveniently accessible from here and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the Atlantic beaches.
