This beautiful cottage in Simonstown, sleeps 5 and is found in a quiet street at the back of a school block among other Whalers Cottages and a guest house which is very popular among senior Navy personnel.
The modern open plan dining/lounge area is just as one enters the home and features a wood burning fireplace as well as plasma TV with DSTV.
Next to the dining area, to the left, one will find a sunny spacious room with a single bed.
There are two large bedrooms both with queen sized beds featuring en suite bathrooms, one with both a bath and shower and the other with just a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as Smeg and other luxury appliances such as an espresso machine to make ones stay that much more pleasurable.
A Weber can be found on the patio where one also has lovely views of False Bay.
Just a 5 minute walk to the beach at Seaforth and Boulders beach where one can swim with penguins.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
