- Vacating units after 10:00 AM will result in full levy for an extra day.
- In order to secure your booking the full amount/deposit is required before the 48hours deadline We guarantee that your booking is safe.
- Guests can check in at the address stated in the booking confirmation.
- The Agent reserves the right to pre authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
- One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
- One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing beds.
- There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of NO SHOW or PREMATURE departure we charge for the FULL original booking.
- A 100% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will secure your accommodation
- The balance MUST be paid by LATEST FOUR weeks BEFORE arrival date.
- If NOT paid, your accommodation will be cancelled automatically, you will forfeit your reservation and deposit.
- Please confirm booking per email or telephone and fax or email BANK DEPOSIT SLIP
- On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, 50% of outstanding balance will be refund to you within 2 working days.
- A levy of 6% administration fee is charged on all refunds.
